At Bike Lover USA, we want you to ride with confidence; if your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in their original packaging with tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
